All around, great and honest experience. I needed a new windshield and got a reasonable quote. I also told them that I'm experiencing a leak into my truck when it rains hard, etc. Told me it's most likely your 2005 truck has a little rust build up near the windshield. Once they removed my cracked windshield, they have me the opportunity to look for myself at the rust issue and I could see that was indeed the problem. So they quoted me the price to fix it and I agreed. Once done, they were honest and gave me a lower quote/cost.They could have stuck with their original quote and charged me, but they were honest that it was a bit less work and charged me less.I'm super happy that I chose these Pros to do this work on my truck.I'll be back but hopefully not soon :) Less

I came for the first time to have a new passenger side mirror installed. I brought a replacement that had the wrong attachment. Jorge explained why the attachment is incorrect and showed me what the correct one should look like. He put everything back together and said when I receive the mirror with the correct attachment I can return and get it installed without being charged. Don't get fooled by the reviews.Make sure you do your research before working with this shop.My experience was that I didn't even make it to the shop.Here is my experience in short:I made the appointment last week to have my windshield replaced with a new OEM one. The guy promised me to call back the day before the appointment to confirm the repair and to provide an update on the OEM windshield he had to order. He never called. So then I called a few hours before the closing of business the day before my appointment. I found out that nothing had been done. He did not have the windshield. We had to cancel the appointment, **That after I had made arrangements to take the afternoon off from work.** He then again told me that he would call me back to give me an update and reschedule the appointment. It is late afternoon the day after, and I still have not received a call.I have now contacted a different shop. They got the OEM windshield immediately and scheduled me for Saturday.Response to the owner reply:Thank you for the reply. No need for compensation. I appreciate the gesture.Maybe it can be a better experience for your next customer. Less

I could not recommend this place ENOUGH!! When I first got my tints here I wasn’t satisfied with the tint shading of my car as I was expecting them to come out a lot darker. The owner reached out to me and asked me to come back to fix this as he really wanted me to leave satisfied with the work they did. Never did anyyyone make me feel bad about my opinion or treat me negatively for the way I had felt about the first tint job, they only wanted me to be satisfied with the work they did (which they had done a great job the first time I just wanted them darker than they came out). I went in for my second appointment, we talked about my wants and expectations and worked through finding me a good tint percentage together. As they were working on the vehicle they continued to show me the progress throughout to make sure I was satisfied and the process did not take long AT ALL. I left feeling incredibly happy. Everyone there and the owner included are very kind, helpful, and not money hungry like those other businesses. The windows came out great, no scratches/dings/holes or anything and they were the perfect shading that I was happy with. I was skeptical at first that I would get the shading I wanted but they continued to work with me. I truly couldn’t be happier or recommend them enough. DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
